Commitment

Kyle Gray UK and the Angel Team are committed to delivering the highest standard of training in both spiritual development and energy work.

While angel card reading and crystal therapy remain unregulated practices, we hold our certifications to a rigorous and structured standard. We only certify practitioners who fully meet our training requirements.

Each student must complete 100% of their training programme, including all teaching materials, assessments, and a minimum of three live coaching calls.

In addition, every applicant for certification is required to submit four case studies, including written client feedback, which are carefully reviewed as part of the certification process.

The minimum training period is three months. However, most students take between six and eighteen months to complete their studies to the required standard.

If a practitioner does not yet meet certification criteria, we provide clear guidance on the areas that need further development and invite them to reapply once those standards have been met.

Professional Boundaries & Scope of Practice

All courses, trainings, and certifications offered by Kyle Gray UK are designed for spiritual development, personal insight, and holistic wellbeing.

They are not a replacement for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Practitioners trained through Kyle Gray UK are not qualified to provide medical or psychological guidance unless they hold recognised qualifications in those specific fields. Even in such cases, medical or psychological advice must not be offered as part of angel card readings, crystal energy sessions, or any practice delivered under this training framework.

All sessions are intended to be supportive, intuitive, and guidance-based, and should always be delivered within appropriate ethical and professional boundaries.

Skills in Certifications Explained

Angel Card Mastery

A certified Angel Card Mastery practitioner is trained to hold safe, supportive space for intuitive readings.

These sessions are centred around helping clients feel seen, understood, and guided. A practitioner will interpret the current energies surrounding a person’s life, offering insight into patterns, personality, and possible outcomes.

While angel card readings are not designed to predict the future, they may include intuitive impressions about where current circumstances are leading. These insights are always shared in a grounded, empowering, and responsible way.

As part of this training, practitioners may also qualify as an Angels and Ancestors Oracle Reader, demonstrating the ability to work confidently with the Angels and Ancestors Oracle system. This includes reading cards in context, understanding spread dynamics, and delivering clear, intuitive guidance using this recognised method.

Certified Crystal Energy Guide

A Certified Crystal Energy Guide is trained in the therapeutic use of crystals and semi-precious stones to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

Sessions are tailored to the individual and often begin with a guided body awareness process, allowing the practitioner to intuitively identify areas of energetic imbalance. Crystals are then placed on or around the body to support relaxation, energetic alignment, and overall wellbeing.

These sessions encourage deep rest and can support the body’s natural healing processes.

Angel Card Mastery Code Of Practice

I accept that I will never knowingly perform an angel card reading for anyone under the age of 18 unless parental permission is given. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.

I accept that Angel readings are not to be used as a substitute for medical advice and so, therefore, you agree not to give medical advice; always encourage your client to seek the correct medical professional.

If you are a registered medical professional – please see the terms and conditions of your license and insurance before providing spiritual advice within a clinical environment. Kyle Gray UK and Angel Team accept no responsibility for negligence. It is your responsibility to protect your expertise and those you are working with.

I accept never to conduct an angel reading under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering illegal drugs.

*If you are on mind-altering prescription drugs please seek advice from your medical professional with regards to your emotional/mental state before proceeding to offer life-affirming or life-changing advice.

I accept never to conduct an angel reading for anyone under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering illegal drugs – use your discretion and ask for honesty. These sessions can be emotionally draining or cause your client to lose emotional/mental control. If unsure end the session immediately. If you come into the awareness that your client is under the influence end the session immediately offering a full refund if there has been a financial exchange.

I accept to have my clients best interest at heart (even if family and friends).

*If you are emotionally or psychically drained it would be preferred that you take time to recover before performing any readings.

I accept that I will never use any threatening language to clients, about clients or share premonitions or predictions that may suggest fearful experiences, harmful behaviour or death. This includes language around curses, punishment from angels or a higher power, or warnings that could be damaging or include implications to lifestyle or life.

If you are exchanging money for a reading here are some basic rules to follow:

You are charging for a service so professionalism is key. You must have confidence in your offering. Nerves are natural, but if you don’t feel ready – practice, practice, practice.

Please make sure you are correctly registered as ‘Self Employed’ before exchanging money for services on a regular basis unless doing it for a charity or a similar fundraiser.

I accept that I will act from a place of the highest integrity working with my clients and students.

I accept that it is an honour to work with the angels and will do everything in my ability to respect them with my work and practice using angel cards.

I accept that I will not create my own Angel Card Mastery course or similar based on the information I have learned at Angel Team. I promise not to create an Angel Team or similar as I know these are registered and protected trademarks.

I promise not to recreate or share content based on the lessons I have learned at Angel Team as a mark of respect and integrity for this work.

I accept that I am solely responsible for all of my actions with angel cards and my spiritual practice both personally and professionally (if appropriate) and I promise not to sue Kyle Gray, Kyle Gray UK, Kyle Gray Ltd. Or Angel Team, or any staff thereof for my negligence, misconduct or carelessness when sharing these offerings.

On acceptance of the Angel Team, Angel Card Mastery Certification of Completion, you accept that you have:

- Completed every training video
- Participated in at least 6 Angel Team Coaching Calls or watched the recordings - Taken time to practice the tools and tips shared within all training videos (at least three months)
- Practised giving at least 6 readings to others
- Completed 4 case studies
- Practised all the basic spreads personally
